Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your CriaPlanner account and all data associated with it at any time.

Delete from within the app

Open CriaPlanner and tap your avatar (top left).
Make sure you're signed in to the account you want to delete.
Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account (email sign-in) and profile.
All synced data: plans, events, to-dos, notes, transactions, invites and reminders.
Shared plans you own are deleted for every member.
Device push tokens, subscription/trial records and referral records held by us.

Deletion is scheduled with a 7-day grace period: you are signed out everywhere immediately, and the account and its data are permanently deleted 7 days later. Signing back in within those 7 days cancels the deletion. After the window passes it cannot be undone. Data you created while a member of someone else's plan stays in that plan (it belongs to the plan), no longer linked to an account.

Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not by us — cancel yours at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions before or after deleting, or you will continue to be charged.

Can't access the app?

Email support@criaplanner.com from the email address on the account and we'll delete it for you.
