Refund Policy
Cria Planner is free to use, and most people never pay for anything. The paid features are optional, you can try them free for 30 days first, and if a charge goes wrong we will put it right. Questions go to support@criaplanner.com.
1. Try it free for 30 days
New subscribers get a 30-day free trial of the paid features (the App Store calls it one month). You are not charged during the trial. Cancel at any point before it ends and you pay nothing at all; you keep the paid features until the trial runs out.
The offer you qualify for is shown on the checkout screen before you confirm anything. A trial is one per person per platform, and the stores decide eligibility, so someone who has had a trial before may not be offered another.
2. Cancelling
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account goes back to the free tier. Nothing you made is deleted.
- App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
- Google Play: the Play Store app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Web: the "Manage subscription" link in your purchase receipt email, or write to us and we will cancel it for you.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription made through a store.
3. When we refund
Because the trial lets you try everything before paying, a charge for a period that has started is normally not refunded, and we do not refund part of a month or year after you cancel. We do give a full refund when:
- you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy;
- you meant to cancel during the trial and the first charge happened anyway, and you ask within 14 days of it;
- a problem on our side stopped the paid features working and we could not fix it;
- the law where you live gives you the right to one.
Anything outside that list, ask anyway. We read every message and we would rather refund someone than keep money they did not mean to spend.
4. How to ask for a refund
Who can hand the money back depends on where you paid.
- App Store: Apple processes every refund for App Store purchases, and we cannot issue one ourselves. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple turns it down and one of the reasons above applies, write to us and we will help.
- Google Play: within 48 hours of a charge you can request a refund straight from Google Play. After that, write to us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) and we will refund it through Google.
- Web: write to us from the email on your account. We refund to the card you paid with.
Write to support@criaplanner.com. We answer within two working days. A refund reaches your account in about 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or store.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have by law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, that includes any right to withdraw from a purchase within the period the law sets, exercised through whoever took the payment.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the policy changes and move the effective date at the top. A change never applies to a charge made before it.
